You’ll have to pay a visit on your liquid store or super market and have at least a shaker & a strainer. You can replace the suggested alcohol with your own preference.

Gin Quarantini

GRAY WHALE GIN

Ingredients

5 parts Gin
1 part dry vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

Shake the gin and the dry vermouth along with ice. Strain them in a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Ingredients

1 oz Gin
2 oz Fino Sherry
1 dash celery bitters
Olive

Instructions

Stir all parts and strain them into a martini glass. Garnish with an olive.

Green Intensity

Ingredients

2.5 oz Vodka
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz lime juice
4 basil leaves
1 slice jalapeno

Instructions

2 oz Humboldt’s Finest
1 oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz dry vermouth
1 mint sprig

Instructions

Shake all the ingredients and strain them into a coupe glass. Garnish with one mint sprig.

Grapefruit Martini

1.5 oz Gin
1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
2 rosemary sprigs

Instructions

Shake all the ingredients except 1 rosemary sprig and double strain them into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with one rosemary sprig.

Tuxedo Quarantini

Ingredients

2.25 oz Gin
0.5 oz Blanc vermouth
0.25 oz maraschino liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters
A dash of absinthe
Cherry

Instructions

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into an absinthe rinsed Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with an orange twist expressed and rolled on skewer with a brandied cherry.

Cucumber Quarantini

MERCATO DELLA PESCHERIA

Ingredients

1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Limoncello
4 dashes cucumber bitters
0.5 oz lemon juice
4 cucumber slices for garnish
3 basil leaves

Instructions

Shake 4 muddled cucumber slices and the rest ingredients and strain them into a martini glass. Garnish with a basil leaf.
